1.How do I make an order?
The customer can make order for this link.  When the customer makes an order, we assume the customer already gets the screenshot of the items and confirm all the information with the host. The host or customer service will confirm the order with you after we receive your payment.
2.How much is the shipping fee? How much items the customer need to purchase for free shipping?
There is $5 shipping fee for every package. We might lower down the shipping fee or cover the shipping fee for our customers according to different situations. We can hold the package for 5 days following the customer’s request. 
3.Can I cancel my order or return the items?
We offer sale price for all the items on the website and in the channel. Any item with sale price is unrefundable and unreturnable. Please confirm with the host or customer service before you make an order. 
4.How much is the drilling for the pearls?
the drilling fee is $3. We need to mail the pearls to Zhuji for drilling and the pearls will be mailed back after drilling. We charge the drilling fee just to cover the shipping fees. The customer should notice drilling might cause damages to the pearls. We will not take any responsiblity for the damage of the pearls during drilling.
5. How can I track the package after delivery?
We deliver our package through Yanwen logistics in China. Yanwen logistics will drop the packages to local shipping companies in the customers' countries. Once Yanwen logistics drops the packages to the local shipping companies and the local shipping companies can't deliver the packages successfully for no matter what situations or any reason, we are not going to take responsibilities for the failed delivery or missing packages. We will send you the tracking number through Tiktok after we deliver your package. We will send the tracking number to your email if we can’t reach you on Tiktok. the tracking link is 17track.net/en.
