Refund policy
Cancellation
We offer sale price and regular price for our customers. The customers can choose which price they want to get. If the customers choose sale price, all the sale items are not rufundable or returnable.
For customers who choose regular prices, any order for DIY settings, loose pearls or jewelry can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing it and before the package is delivered. Please check with the customer service before you cancel an order.
If you want to cancel an order for oysters, please do that before the oysters are opened. Once we open the oysters to finish your order, we will refuse any request to cancel the order. Oyster opening is a little like the luck of draw. We can't promise what the customer is going to get when we open it. We don't make any replacement if the pearls we get from the oysters are not good.
If you make order for pearls(loose pearls,jewelry and oysters included), you can ask the host to test if the pearls are real or fake on live. The only way we use to test the genuinity of the pearls is to slightly scrub the surface of the pearls with a knife. if we get white powders from scrubbing, then we assume the pearls are real. There are different kinds of fake pearls in the market. They can be made with plastic, glass, shell and etc. No matter how to fake the pearls, they need to cover the pearls in a layer of something. If they are fake, the surface could be too tough to ruin or could be ruined easily. Once the host uses this way to finish testing the pearls, We will refuse any request to cancel the order. If you choose not to ask the host to do the test on pearls, we will assume you believe the genuinity of the pearls. We don't do any genuinity test on other products except pearls. Think carefully before you make order for DIY settings.
The pictures of the products on the website is indicative. The products you see from the pictures and on live might be slightly different from the real ones. You can ask the customer service to send you more pictures or videos of a specific item before you make any order. Once you make the order, we assume you accept the difference between the pictures of the products and the real ones.
Once the cancellation of any order is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Returns
We only accept the returning of damaged products. We will videotape the whole process of packing for each order and make sure every item is good when it's packed. Once you find any specific item is damaged, please take pictures or videotape, and tell the customer service immediately. Please ask for a return in 30 days after we deliver your package to the local shipping company or 3 days after you receive the package. Once the tracking of the package shows it's already been signed, we assume you receive the package. We use the local shipping comany with the name Shunfeng to deliver the packages to the warehouses of the international shipping company. So the proof of delivery we offer is from the website or app of Shunfeng.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ajpearlsmyshopify@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded and returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
